We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Prohibited for users in countries under U.S./EU sanctions.

You agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent, falsified, or misleading resumes.
• Use the Service for illegal, deceptive, or unethical purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
• Violate third-party rights (e.g., plagiarism, impersonation).

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated resume suggestions.

• No Guarantees: We do not promise job offers, interviews, or resume success.
• AI Limitations: Outputs may contain errors—users must verify accuracy.
• No Legal/HR Advice: We are not career experts or legal advisors.

• You retain ownership of uploaded resumes.
• We retain rights to AI models, software, and aggregated analytics.
• Do not redistribute our outputs commercially without permission.

We may suspend or ban users who:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

We are not liable for:

• Job application rejections.
• Legal consequences from resume misuse.
• Data loss or service interruptions.

Maximum liability = fees paid in the last 6 months (if any).

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your resume misrepresentations.

• Arbitration: Disputes resolved via binding arbitration (no class actions).

• Subscription fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
